Before launching Richardson Design, Nick worked for multiple award winning architecture firms in Dallas and Austin. As a project manager at Vanguard Studio, Nick worked closely with the clients, design team, and contractors on a variety of multi-million dollar custom homes from design to completion. On these homes he maintained a deep familiarity and understanding with each project allowing for strong collaboration and efficient solutions. At Corgan, Nick worked as the client’s onsite “Design-Team Liaison” for a large data center campus project in San Antonio. On this project he was the go-to person for any questions regarding architecture, MEP, and structure. This involved an extremely high level of communication and coordination. At Corgan, Nick worked with multiple enterprise clients, providing architectural solutions for their Mission Critical facilities.
Nick graduated with a Masters in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2010, and with a B.S. in Business Administration from University of the Ozarks.
He currently resides in Round Rock with his wife and two kids. His interests include building anything, home renovations projects, and everything involving digital fabrication. His passions are his family, soccer, and design.
Richardson Design, LLC brings a decade of experience using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software allowing us to literally look into every nook-and-cranny of a project. While it provides a unique 3D experience for the designer and the client to truly investigate the spaces of the design, it also greatly enhances the level of communication and coordination.
The use of BIM also provides a seamless transition into our rendering software where we develop colored still imagery (interior and exterior), VR, and animations. These visualizations simulate realistic potential of the project on the actual site with specified materials, and have proven to be extremely valuable for the design team and the clients throughout the design process.
We are a group of creative architects based out of the french capital, La brue. We have been together since age of dinosaurses and other architectural monuments.

We collaborate with clients, consultants and local stakeholders throughout the life of a project. Using BIM software we work in three dimensions from the earliest stages to communicate our ideas/concepts, test our designs, improve co-ordination and minimise errors.
